Shipping Policy

We do everything possible to get every order out the same day or the next business day.  Of course in the event the stock is on back order, we will do our best to have it sent out as soon as we receive it.  All of our parcels are dispatched via Australia Post’s extensive network ensuring prompt delivery with tracking ID’s on Standard and Express delivery sales.

Economy Shipping 

This is through Australia Post, delivery time is 10+ business days to most countries and it does not include tracking.

Standard Shipping

This is our Standard Shipping for your order. Our orders will be collected by Australia Post from our warehouse and will be delivered to your nominated address, tracking is included.

Express Shipping

Need fast delivery in Australia ? Then you have the option of selecting Express Shipping for your order. The Australia Post Overnight Express service will deliver to where you are within in Australia. Express shipping customers generally receive their order the next business day for all postcodes in the Australia Post Overnight Express network (80% of Australia), and fastest possible delivery to all other areas. It is advisable to check on the Australia Post’s website as to whether your address falls within the next day delivery area.

DHL Shipping

This is our express shipping for overseas customers, usually 1-5 days anywhere in the world where DHL ship to. Some countries this is the only shipping option due to the risk of standard shipping getting lost in transport.

If you cannot get a shipping option for the country you are in contact us through the the contact form so we can set up your country in our shipping list.

Insurance

Cover for loss or damage during shipping is additional cost and varies depending on destination and amount of cover. Should you require insurance for your items please email us for a quotation.

Pick-Up

Our business is 100% online and we all do our work this way. Therefore there is currently no option to pick-up your order. Should this change in future we will endeavour to let you know. We continue to bring you the best service with fast and reliable delivery.

Returns Policy

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases if your order has been opened. If your order is unopened you may return your goods to us.

You may return it in its original condition for a refund by submitting a return request email within 7 days of receiving the delivery. The 7 day return period will commence from the date you receive the goods you have purchased and applies to any reason, even change of mind. We’ll arrange the return delivery and you will receive a refund, less any re-shipping fees.

How it Works
Send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order. A member of our team will get in touch with you within 24 business hours to advise further steps. Once approved by the supplier they will email you a return label. Repack your item in its original or equivalent packaging, then print and stick your returns label to the packaging. You may be required to drop them off at an approved Post Office. Once they’ve received your item, it will be checked that it’s in its original condition. If this is the case, you’ll receive a refund less a re-shipping fee.

For change of mind returns, a re-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The re-shipping fee will be based on your location and the size of the items you are returning.
If you originally paid for the delivery, this shipping fee will not be refunded.

For all change of mind returns, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in the same condition you received them. Our Distribution Centre Team assesses every item that is returned to us. In case the product is not returned in an unused and re-sellable condition a refund will not be issued.

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order, for an exchange. You will receive a reply email stating the procedure and guidelines for us to complete the exchange. In all cases, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of the returned goods.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We do not warranty any claims of lost or stolen parcels. We will do our utmost to assist with tracking any lost and/or stolen parcels, however this is generally handled by our delivery service – Australia Post or DHL

Product Damage Liability

We believe in a quality product therefore all our products are checked for quality before they are sent out. If your item is damaged by a shipping company during delivery, Inet Herbal is not liable for these damages. Please note we take all precautions to ensure you receive your items in faultless condition.
